  4. Problems, pitfalls and methods of overcoming these difficult situations, when interviewing
  5. Practice using the BEI techniques to elevate your own competence

Day Two;
  1. Deeper understanding of competency models associated with BEI techniques
  2. Working in pairs when interviewing - mastering the technique
  3. Tools, templates and additional techniques to learn and take away with you
