Improving the effectiveness of the Sales Organisations globally  

Most businesses need to grow, by an amount that is rewarding for all involved, including stakeholders and employees too. We were asked to work with an organisation that needed to increase its growth significantly more than it had been doing previously. The market was flat and expectations low, especially with those sales people who were asked to deliver the growth in a tough market at a tough time.

The customised training interventions we designed and delivered provided the stamina for the personal behavioral change needed to deliver this goal.

We developed people in terms of skills, knowledge, tools techniques and motivation, along with organisation impetus, through working this approach across regions.

Through installing their own ‘trained trainers’, we ensured also that this intervention was for the long haul.

We delivered a significant increase, in growth, for our client.
